Overall fine. Receptionist not helpful at check in. Said restaurant fully booked and we had no problem getting table. Pool a little to cool.

problems at check in! Half an hour to finish it and they couldn't find our reservations. We were not offered anything to get preyed upon. Never happened even in a two star hotel...

Dear guest, thank your for your feedback. We discussed this topic internally and there was a problem with your reservations as we switched our internal system. As my colleagues told me, all rooms were available and there was no problem at check in, it simply took some time to make the reservations in the new system.
