Review:
The layout of the rooms cannot be avoided but the step up to the washing area ia a death trap for the elderly and infirm. Also it is unhygienic to have no water in the wc. I think a hotel of this class and price should have restaurant facilities every day including Sunday eveniing and I don't think you should ahve to ask for your room to be cleaned. This is money-saving - nothing to do with the environment. However, on balance I have been coming for years and hope to contnue to do so.

Hotel is fabulous and rooms toward the lagoon have a beautiful view. Staff on the reception were rather cool and standoffish - not much smiling going on! Water for tea was served in a coffee thermos and tasted of stale coffee. Light switch in the room wasn’t working properly Didn’t use sauna / spa area
