Accessibility Statement

Pletzer strives to make the website www.dasseepark.at accessible in accordance with the applicable requirements of the Austrian Accessibility Act (BaFG), Federal Law Gazette I No. 76/2023.

This accessibility statement applies to the website www.dasseepark.at

Status of conformity with requirements

This website is currently partially compliant with digital accessibility requirements.

The assessment is based in particular on the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Conformance Level AA, as well as on the requirements of the Accessibility Act applicable to the services offered.

Non-accessible content

The content listed below is not accessible for the following reasons:

1. Incompatibility with accessibility provisions

1.1. Perceivability

The following content is currently not fully accessible:

  • Alternative texts for images: For individual images, the stored alternative texts are not sufficiently descriptive. As a result, the content and purpose of these images cannot be fully understood by screen reader users.

  • Download documents: Individual PDF documents provided on the website may not be fully accessible. This can particularly affect document structure, reading order, headings, and alternative texts for graphical content.

1.2. Operability

The website must be fully and clearly controllable – even without a mouse or with assistive technologies. The following problems can limit the operability of the website:

  • Link and button texts: Individual links and buttons use general terms such as "Read more", "Learn more", or "View". If these are output independently of the surrounding content, their purpose is not always clearly identifiable.

  • Dynamic and interactive elements: Individual forms, selection fields, sliders, galleries, and other dynamic components may have limitations when operated exclusively with the keyboard or with assistive technologies.

  • Third-party offerings: Individual functions of the website lead to external offerings and platforms. There is only limited influence on their technical implementation and accessibility.

1.3. Understandability

The content and functions must be easy to understand and predictable – regardless of cognitive limitations. The following aspects can limit the understandability of the website:

  • General link descriptions: Individual link texts are not clearly understandable without the associated content context.

  • Foreign language terms: On German-language pages, English-language terms and offer names are occasionally used. These are not technically marked as a language change in all cases.

  • Forms: For individual forms, error messages and status changes may not be fully perceivable by users of assistive technologies in all cases.

1.4. Robustness

For individual dynamic components and forms, full compatibility with different browsers, end devices, and assistive technologies cannot always be guaranteed at present.

This particularly affects:

  • dynamically generated forms and selection fields,

  • status and error messages,

  • sliders and galleries,

  • as well as components and content from external third-party providers.

Work is continuously underway to improve accessibility and address the limitations mentioned.

2. Content outside the scope of application

The following content may be exempt from the legal requirements in particular:

  • File formats from office applications, for example, PDF documents published before June 28, 2025,

  • recorded time-based media published before June 28, 2025,

  • Third-party content that is neither financed nor developed by the website operator and is not under their control,

  • Content from websites or mobile applications that are considered archives and have not been updated or revised after June 28, 2025.

Creation of this Accessibility Statement

This statement was created on 05.10.2026 and last updated on 05.10.2026.

The website evaluation was carried out by an external audit.
